    Given your requirements, IE newbro friendly, and short queue wait times I'd reccomend getting an optimal scimitar and going from there. Its cheap, and provides a much better experience starting off when compared to a Basilisk (though that's something you should aim for). Longer term you can focus on saving up enough for an Optimal Vindicator or something.
