Orianna Raziel 1 Posted December 14, 2017 hey everyone just wanted to introduce myself to the forums while i was signing up, Im new to WTM but have picked up on a few things fairly quickly here im mainly a DPS pilot who seems to be in the VVV position a lot and have realized somethings while in fleet to the merit of WTM FC's. the FC's here that ive flown with so far are very well knowledgeable about what they are doing. And honestly i do prefer the somewhat layed back and newbro friendly attitude ive come to feel here. ill be continuing to fly with WTM regardless of the ability to finish sites 1 or 2 minutes faster to enjoy a good convo from time to time. things do still get done here about the same as other incursion groups but with a little less "job minded" put behind it. In game Orianna Raziel I have however wanted to go over some numbers with some of the FC's about fits for ships that may be slightly better considering.
Elek Dragon 12 Posted December 14, 2017 That a lovely introduction ! I think i dont take much risk by saying thanks from WTM. We are a newbie friendly community. We work with newguys and belive they will grows up learn stuff and be better. All of that with as much fun as is possible =p. So yeap we run a bit slower than other community. But its look like we fly bit more often too. So at then I'm pretty sure we make same amount of money :). Yesterday we run on 10 TCRC in a row if isnt more than that because other fleet around gone down before us. What ever I'm glade to see you to WTM fleets. Have Fun & Make ISK o7,

Flying with WTM does not require any API or skillcheck currently. Most of the modules need to be at least t2, but you can use meta4 blasters on a Rokh, as minimum requirement, however you need faction ammo for it. For more info and more possible fits/ships read the fitting page: https://wl.warptome.net/fits/ There are some general rules stated above of the actual fits too. nawor100 0 Posted December 17, 2017 Yes thank you seen the fitting part of the site. its the pith c type module just cant afford for the standard BS fittings got the t2
niki lasvegas 537 Posted December 17, 2017 T2 is enough, you dont have to use pith c em amplifier, as long as you have the 70% EM resist on shield.
ahduth 0 Posted December 18, 2017 Hi all, Didn't know if this was the general newbie incursion thread, but... I am looking to give incursions a try. I've never done one, and more generally, have never done big fleet logi, only small gang stuff here and there. Pieced together the Basi optimal loadout, and I have Logi V, although not Cap Emissions V. Don't have any relevant implants, although I'd be open to looking into them. Are there ever "practice runs" for Basilisk logi? Really just interested in making sure I've got everything in place and feeling somewhat straightforward. Thanks! Alkofistyou 6 Posted December 19, 2017 Hello there ahduth! Thank you for stating your interest in logi! We have a dedicated logistics branch here at WTM which organizes and hosts both logistics schools for basic introduction to logi as well as advanced logi schools. If this is a path you would like to tread upon with us, we will be happy to help! Furthermore, if you believe this is your true calling, there is an entire logistics master program which is a medium intensity logistics program which will allow you to attain deeper knowledge in logistics here at WTM and may benefit you in your future endeavours. The time slated for this is usually within 4 months but can be done in as short as a week if you slam through all the requirements! Cheerio!

This is not really a general topic, but i just tend to answer these kind of stuffs anyway Cap Emission V is really nice to have, please train into it, if you can. But not an absolute must have. You are looking for a specific number in a WTM Basi level 5. After simulating your fit, with everything turned on, you wanna look at your "Excess Capacitor Recharge Rate" , the little triangle at the top right side in the capacitor section (also called as a "delta"). If that number is at -64.8 GJ/s or better (like -62 or -60 , or so on) , then you are good to go. Its a nice thing to work on that, for example with some cap skills, or navigation skills. There are some logi schools here and there, held by our Residents and Logi Masters, if you want to attend, just look out for them, they are announced in the forum, on the waitlist, or in the "Warpto-Logi" mailing list in EVE. By the way you were doing great today as a newbro basi pilot. I was really happy to fly with you. I think you are the kind of pilot that makes Logi Masters want to teach people how to logi So good job.
Izumi Uchiya MD 214 Posted December 19, 2017 Congrats on Logi V! By far one of the best skills to get. Far more important than cap emission V is shield emission V. In almost every case, this will give you more for your time. 14 hours ago, ahduth said: I have Logi V, although not Cap Emissions V.
nawor100 0 Posted December 28, 2017 Having been in a few fleets i can see why some players find it hard to keep up i have come from a pvp and pve corp environment where comms is essential fc commands are done Exactly when asked and no questioning i was told i was out the group the other night but it was because vvv anchor was in different position than normal. Maybe we were out of range of logi or something else. the fleets are fast and tags change so multi boxers are not welcomed unless the management wants it. one fc was doing aligns and then warps others were expected to know the flow just comes from experience i had a great time and will continue to sign up so i can get out this starter BS as my clone Is now nearly tge same as the ship and fittings lol at t2
