SSL error when trying to access Waitlist manager

Starting yesterday i've been getting this SSL certificate error when trying to access waitlist manager.

 

I've tried:

clearing cache

adding to trusted sites

resetting client

 

 

Any ideas?

When you said you added it to trusted sites, do you mean in Eve or in Internet Explorer? If the former, go into Internet Explorer and go to Tools > Internet Options > Security. Choose "Trusted Sites" and then click "Sites". Add https://wl.warptome.net to the list

You need to open your internet options. You can do that by going to the start menu and typing internet options, or by opening Internet Explorer and selecting internet options threw it.  It doesn't matter if your browser of choice is Chrome, Firefox or something else, you have to open the internet options that Internet Explorer and Windows uses as this is what Eve's in game browser ties into.

Once you are there, click on the advanced tab, and scroll down to the bottom of the long list.  Find "Use SSL 2.0" and remote the check mark next to it.

I did both of those suggestions and i'm still getting the same message.  Use SSL 2.0 was unchecked, so I toggled the check mark and still nope

Can I know your OS (win xp/vista/7/8/10) and see a screenshot of you internet settings please.

Windows 8. 

 

However, I completely reinstalled the game and it seems to be working now.  This started happening after upgraded to the new launcher.
