Why not required, it is my strong opinion that you quickly invest in stronger Invulns. (B-Types are best for your money). Also, just keep in mind, that although the fit technically is alright, your skills may not be high enough. Your ship must meet the following requirements: 70% Resists without fleet assistance. IE. Boosts Reaching 100,000 EHP without fleet assistance. those requirements are meant with Level 5 skills applied, it doesn't matter what his skills are, they where chosen with some buffer in mind. to OP: yes your fits looks alright, just join the ingame channel "Warp To Me Incursions" and read the motd there.
