Looking forward to joining the fleet

I will be joining the fight against Sansha in the next couple days and wanted to say hello to everyone. I'm bringing 98 mil SP and one very shiny Nightmare to the party (by far the most expensive ship I have ever flown). I'll probably also set up a logi boat or Vindi at some point.

A question- do you guys use the Bowhead to move your ships around? I would move the most expensive modules by TravelCeptor or Blockade Runner, but I only use one account and really only this one character, so moving things across the map gets to be a PITA.

Hey there, and welcome to WarpToMe! I hope you enjoy yourself and I look forward to seeing you in fleet. People use a lot of different strategies for moving. If it's just the one ship, a lot of people just fit max tank and/or speed and travel with it directly. Small ships (like logi) fit in an Orca. Many people I know, however, do indeed use the Bowhead given the ability to move multiple battleships easily. As you mentioned, the potential value of your ship is a consideration, and there will always be a tradeoff between speed, safety, and convenience.
