DPS Numbers for Optimal Hulls

"What is my goal to reach?"

People were asking about DPS numbers for Optimal Hulls (Fits) over and over again.

Here are your minimum numbers to reach, Ladies and Gentlemen.

Disclaimer
-These are not by far the end-game numbers. These are minimum numbers to reach, and say: "Nice, you are really useful for a fleet with your boat!"
-There are a lot of pilots who already are well over these numbers. For them i just want to say: Thank You!
-Achieving these minimum numbers is one thing. Learning how to use it effectively is another. Learn how to anchor yourself, learn how to use your ship and its modules (including guns / cap transfers / MWD / webs / tracking comps) effectively!
-The numbers below do include drone damage ('Augmented' Ogre), but exclude overloading and boosters (cold and sober).

Vindicator: 2400 DPS (Void L)
Nightmare: 1600 DPS (Conflagration L)
Leshak: 1350 DPS (Occult L without spooling) - i do realize this is by far the hardest to reach out of the 3, but it is with good reason.

Obviously these numbers can change with game patches in the future. I'll try to keep track.

For all the newbros who are looking at these numbers thinking they are really far off them:

Its okay. As long as you are willing to upgrade and you do your best on grid with what you currently have, you are doing fine. Just dont stop, and eventually you will get there i promise.

confirm, max damage skills with optimal fit, recommended implants and good abyssals for vindicator is 2800-2850

Depends on how bling, t2 guns/good faction abyssals are one person's bling, t2 guns and optimal faction abyssals another's, and officer guns/officer abyssals are another's.

'Good' faction abyssals in this case means near max roll on one stat, and decent positive roll on another.

Including drones:

Vindi w/ t2 guns, good faction abyssals, optimal skills, and implants, 2800+

Pulsemare w/ t2 guns, good faction abyssals, optimal skills and implants, 1900+

Leshak w/ t2 gun and good t2 abyssal sinks, optimal skills and implants, pre-spool 1420+

Leshak is one of the easier officer guns since it's a single gun and can be found on the market sometimes, it would bring pre-spool DPS to 1490+

^Sounds about right. But honestly i am not too worried about that, since ppl who want to get better eventually will. And there is no real end to bling and damage. Its just a matter of how much are you willing to spend on it.

Here is the optimal Vindi in PYFA with all LVL 5 skills. You can see a DPS value of 2418 so with non-lvl 5 skills you can expect around 2200-2300 DPS per Vindicator.

If you see in the final column for the fed navy mag stabs you will see the 25.8% number. That is the increase that each mag stab gives before stacking penalties. They each cost 87.3 mil at current market values. A rough ISK can be worked out as 184k per DPS if we take the gun DPS and divide it by the market value of the mag stabs.

If we just upgrade to 28% abyssal's which run you about 200 mil each for a total of 800 mil we see an increase of 80 DPS in the gun department. Taking the new numbers we see about 404k ISK per DPS at that level. So it might not sound like a lot of damage but over the course of a site but that extra 80 DPS equates to an extra 38,400 theoretical damage during an 8 min TCRC and when all the Vindicators upgrade to that level its an extra 768,000 damage.

Yes I understand they would be a huge help in terms of dps but I was looking at raw numbers for the Vindicators.

Slot 9 and 10 is 12% increase in dps roughly. Implants and drugs are not stacking penalized, so they are a flat percentage increase
