Is there a way one could pull up a list of WTM fittings by their isk worth?

will show the cost
the cheapest entry fits are rohk malestom and hyperion they weigh in about the 2-300mill mark :-)

Main reason for my search is figuring out how expensive I can get rather than how cheap,

Ehm I don't think anyone will stop you from using officer stuff for your fitting, so ehm pretty expensive.

Yeah our fittings won't really help you then.

The fittings on our website really just range from "minimum" to "this does really good DPS without breaking the bank". No one will stop you from taking it to the next level and replacing it with full on abyssal/officer mods. I've seen 10b ships. Hell, I've seen 4b Scimitars (please don't do that). We don't list these fits because (1) it would mean we have way too many fits on our site and (2) risk-benefit ratio is too high beyond a certain point. But if your goal is to show up with the most expensive fit, nobody will stop you, assuming it meets our minimum requirements.
