F is for engage. Not Shift-F, but Shift-R is the default hotkey to recall. So I set R to launch favorite group of drones, to match. The options are listed in the settings menu under Shortcuts -> Drones. Unless they changed it after release, there's no key mapped to Launch Drones by default.
