  1. When FC tells you to pull drones..

Ever since they released the deploy drones hotkey, I'm rarely ever forgetting to drop them nowadays. Remembering to assign them on the other hand...
  2. Just a Hello from Newbro Nemrod

Wilkommen zu WTM @Nemrod Dreamwalker No better place in EVE to make isk and have fun while doing it! I hope you truly enjoy your time spent flying with us, and I look forward to seeing you in fleet. o7
  3. Cap Stable Vindi (Alpha only, probably heresy)

You can also use your Concord LP to buy the hardwireing implants btw, check your wallet for the nearest store.
  4. Cap Stable Vindi (Alpha only, probably heresy)

The best way to help your cap as a vindi pilot is to upgrade your mwd to an x-type variant, as the x-type is not killing your total cap pool like the meta is. You can also look at your cap skills, slot 8 implant, managing your mwd and guns a bit (if you are getting down passed 30% you need to stop shooting as you are in danger of killing your cap completely as you pass your peak recharge point). There are many ways to become more cap stable, being alpha makes it a little more difficult, but cap stability isn't your goal. We have Basilisks in fleet with extra combat caps to help you, with a group of experienced basi pilots you will find yourself getting cap without even asking, because we know how hungry you guys are. To answer your original question, most FCs who see that fit are going to ask you to change it, as it is suboptimal. If you're skills are just so behind that you cannot function without a little help you can ask your FC if it would be ok while you are still training, but that is likely not the case, feel free to always broadcast when you need it, while being careful of the outunis on grid!
  5. Eve Cheat Sheet... hope it helps

Throw it in your ingame bio like everyone else lol
  6. Faction Missile vs T2

We had a new training FC doing the fleet and trainees have to follow the rules as best they can. He didn't mean to hold you up, he just had a lot going on at the moment. Missle and drone boats will always be less optimal than turret battleships. The rattlesnake is kind of a double whammy. Their delayed damage kind of puts a hamper on their effective dps. Not to say they are bad, just not as good as one of our optimal hulls, but imo if you don't enjoy the ship you are flying you are not going to fly it well regardless with what it is. I myself flied a Barghest for a long while before changing over to a Vindicator. Not every FC is going to exercise discretion like Niki does, some like our Trainees are unable to do so. I would advise just bringing a set of T2s in case you are told otherwise.
  7. How bored are you between spawns?

    I recently resubcribed to RS3
  8. Newbro's Request

If anyone wants to salvage sites the best ship for it is one of the exploration frigates, Imicus or Magnate preferably. They are bonused for it and are quick and nimble, also if you lose it, it's pretty cheap to replace. If you ignore frigate and cruiser wrecks you can make some decent money as a newbro pilot. It's a good teaching experience for learning dscan as well.
  9. How should i handle the logistics of Incursions?

The vindicator has good hull hp and a good amount of lowslots, what I would do is drop all your weapon upgrades from the lows, and throw on t2 bulkheads in their place. Then in your midslots drop webs and put on LSEs. Offline your guns if you need more fitting, and put your prior modules in your cargo and refit when you are safely in the next dockup station. This will add a ton of buffer that will deter potential gankers. As an example: you could even drop the mwd and put on another lse, but those take up a lot of cargo space. Safe Travels o7
  10. Incursion Leshak

Just to be clear, t1 ammo is still not allowed for the leshak (or any ship) at this time. If you have data/experience to share then by all means. I myself would like to see it further explored for the leshak, at least until it gets faction ammo added.
  11. Incursion Leshak

Also niki made a pretty thorough guide to anchoring and tactics for the leshak in general that I would suggest reading.
  12. Incursion Leshak

You want to at least stay within 60km of the booster, the logi can still apply reps pretty well at 50-60km, anymore than that will make them have to over rep. But during the last wave not too big of a deal. Just wait till the outunis are down to burn out far. I personally will stop by the sniper anchor to gauge what spawns and who needs my help the most, sometimes dps needs the help more. And as always listen to your FC
  13. He uses cascading windows and fleet warps. He told me himself. You can see it being done in the video posted as well.
  14. Logi Tactics, Tips, and Tricks

What you described is my preferred method of staggering. You have enough time between cycles to reassess most of the time. So I do what I like to call cartwheels with staggering, cycle on(2-3reps) then cycle off/cycle on till I'm staggered sufficiently, then reassessing as they get stable.
  15. [Idea] Cap Stable Basilisk; yah or nay?

This is/has been looked at, the main issue right now is the deadspace reps and it's market stability. There are some meta/t2 repper versions but they have other issues
  16. Logi School

I will be hosting a Logi School next Friday, 4/26 at 2200 EVE Time in whichever focus we are in.
  17. niki's take on the WTM Leshak

Regarding high slots, would it be a decent idea to put an offlined cyno and entosis link next to the disentegrator to act as a giant heat sink? I don't understand heat dispersion as much I'd like, would this make any difference then having the slots empty?
