  1. Island Protocol

With all that is said above; Island Protocol outlines three separate ways to run said island with the idea in mind to pop the mom as quickly as possible. These protocols are outlined in the priority of how we move and run ships. If one seems to be more achievable at any given time the manner of moving individuals in system may be shifted to said protocol. Protocol one Outlines a doctrine of Covert Ops capable ships Lokis, Tengus primary DPS Loki as booster and logi Covert Ops Battleships are welcome as long as they meet tanking requirements Will bridge as many pilots from Highsec to a low-sec near the island T3s will refit to match the needed roles Run VGs until influence is zero Below are the fits This protocol is the safest (which does not mean it is without risk) and quickest to get started, as long as commander bridgers are available ***Non-Commanders cannot run Black Ops battleships for the sole reason of the ability to "yeet" individuals to a random cyno. Current Voice FC can make a determination to allow certain Non-Commanders to run Black Ops Battleships in their fleets. Protocol two Using t2 fit ships as much as possible finding connecting wormholes going through K-space to get individuals onto the high-sec island Try to look for High Sec to High Sec connections to minimize risk, our incursion communities are public communities and once traveling to low, nul, or wormhole space you are at the mercy of the individuals that live there Bowheads, industrial ships, and freighters are not recommended as their mass will quickly close holes Do not trust random wormholes and insure they are properly scouted Commanders (Full Badged Line Commanders, Training Fleet Commanders, And Fleet commanders) may offer help with holes, they will inform line pilots of the risks of using said routes and will allow for scout ships to go through the hole if necessary (scout ships are Frig or Rookie ships). Bring only a ship you plan on flying Bring a fit for both Vgs and the mom site With this protocol, we allow Heavy Assault Cruisers as well for individuals trying to minimize the cost to their risk. The fits as follows: Protocol Three The final protocol utilizes jump freighters to move individual ships from a disclosed location, utilizing an undisclosed route, to move the items for the pilots to the Incursion dock-up or at least a dock-up on the island. This procedure can incur a high cost for the jump freighter pilots and they may ask for moving fees Additionally, if Commanders (Full Badged Line Commanders, Training Fleet Commanders, And Fleet commanders) are running said jump ships, they may instruct pilots to contract a specific way. Do not trust third-party jump freighters without proper insurance provided and utilizing courier contracts only. When outlining the insurance, insure the cost of the items that you are providing to the courier will cover the cost of all of your items Individuals may then move in with fast-moving ships that can withstand smart bombs. This again is up to the pilot. I personally recommend t3 destroyers built for allign time and tank. Below is an example of a fast mover As a reminder, we highly recommend that you leave your expensive pods at home unless you have identified a fool proof plan to move them into the system. The fits moved this way are completely up to the pilot, given that the courier will agree to cover insurance costs
  2. Marauder Fit Changes for NRF and TPPHs

Marauder pilots now may drop one Pithum A-Type hardener and replace it with a "utility module" In NRFs and TPPHs. Mid-Slot utility modules for marauders are usually tracking computers or sensor boosters. This is for NRFs and TPPHs only. When going to a TCRC the pilot is expected to be back in their Dual Pithum A-Type Hardener fit. We recommend that Kronos and Vargurs drop the hardener for a tracking computer and Paladins pick up a sensor booster. This is of course at your discretion and if you think your lock time is just fine, throw on the tracking computer. When dropping a Pithum A-Type, a Nestor is REQUIRED to be in fleet. If the Nestor drops fleet and there is not a replacement, pilots are expected to switch to the dual Pithum A-Type fit and to remain in this fit. If the Nestor leaves fleet prior to a pilot being able to refit, it is up to the pilot to get a citadel to do so. Then remain in that fit until another Nestor joins fleet. Vargurs may instead drop their DCU for a tracking enhancer. They are allowed to continue to fly this fit at all times but are required to have two Pithum A-Type Hardeners when they drop the DCU. As a general rule of thumb, if there is any chance you will pull aggro, as in you are in a Paladin and the only marauder in the fleet, or you are a Kronos pilot, never take off your XLSB.
  3. Dual Logi Badged Pilots

Individuals who possess the Dual Logi badge are now allowed to fly one logistics ship and one battleship with FC discretion. This is with the presumption that the pilot is focusing on their logistic ship first, then their battleship.
  4. Just a Hello from Newbro Nemrod

Sitting in a Basilisk (logi ship) is way different than sitting in a DPS ship. Not to mention flying a Basilisk (logi ship) requires more skills. I hope that translated alright. I recommend that you read our Logi new bro guide found here: Additionally, you should check out the skills guide. This shows you the minimum skills needed for Scimitars and Basilisks:
  5. Just a Hello from Newbro Nemrod

Welcome, buddy! If you are ever in my fleet and I am talking too fast, just ask questions in fleet chat. Either I or another person will answer you relatively quickly.
  6. How should i handle the logistics of Incursions?

I also do what Flame does. I use a very fast cloaky ship to move my bling. I also use this ship to scout local to ensure there are not enough players in a system or surrounding system to kill my bowhead. If there are I will use my cloaky ship to figure out if the players are a risk to me. You can also use http://evemaps.dotlan.net/ It will break down kills per system. Then I go to https://zkillboard.com/ to see what was killed in those systems. It takes a large fleet to kill something over 100k EHP. The higher the better. Bowheads are around 600k EHP. It takes a very large fleet to kill that.
  7. A Question About SRP

You should show the rest of that loss mail. One day when I get back to my actual computer, I'll shows you all.
  8. A Question About SRP

It's based on the value of your loss mail Market Prices. If you paid ten mil. You lost a three bill ship and the loss mail market price reads that you've lost two and a half bil you're only going to get the two bil. The second statement is flawed. The loss mail does not count the dropped modules. As they have not been destroyed. Look at zkill they have the little formula going on.

"great FC." Must be talking about me.
  12. Fleet Efficiency - suggestions -

    I like this. 'Nuff said
  13. VG Fits for NON-WTM ( NO SRP ) Kitchen SInks.

Just a reminder that Vanguards can be covered by SRP with a full badge FC present. Our fitting requirements for VG and FTW fleets are listed under our Rules and Regulations. Additionally, none of the "frigate popper" fits you listed would be accepted in a WTM HQ fleet, unless it was a fun fleet. Then it would still need to fit tank requirements. The LM snowflake rule you are thinking about is only for logistics ships, and there are still restrictions on those ships. Fly safe everyone.
  14. [Idea] Cap Stable Basilisk; yah or nay?

Well... Yes and no. It really depends on skills. With all lvl 5 skills this fit works: With that fit you are sitting at -64.1 cap delta. Now if you are lower than level five, the above fit teeters on the edge of cap stability, and requires a lot of weird level five skills (like afterburner 5, and fuel conservation 5). No one trains those lets be real, ok I did... but besides the point. The reason our optimal does not have a sig amp is the above fit has a very high chance of being unstable to a newbro, who believes they only need logi level five. A versed pilot, knows that they can fly this with a simple cap implant if they lack a few skills. However, that's kind of the problem. Unless the new bro has attended a logi school, read all this stuff on the forums, talked to someone to understand what a negative cap delta is, then there is a high chance flying that they won't be stable. So how we get pilots into a ship like that, is more word of mouth. Because we do want better fit logistics ships, but we don't want pilots who haven't spoken to anyone to assume they can just buy the most expensive ship and fly it optimally. -V
  15. Logi Tactics And Wisdom, Found this: Helped me \m/

Heck yes, these video's are great and made by a pilot that flys with WTM. I'd link his name but he is a rather private guy.
