Number of things really but one of the things I might point out on comparing those fits. The PDS on the domi is not required but is allowed if you have fitting problems if you dont have fitting problems it can be turned into a MagStab. Next is the raw ehp it may have bigger shield HP than the domi but it has less tank overall. Next its slower like hell of a lot slower than the other ships its supposed to keep up with and would have trouble getting into web range as well. Another is torps/missiles in general arent exactly good for incursions. Next is 'Integrated' Drones are out since they are worse than T1s in dmg since the enemies are omni tanked there is no need to concern with damage types.
