If logi IV, then fits with EM Ward Amplifier are stable with 2 T2 cap transfers outgoing and 2 regards incoming at 84%, cap delta is 18. If logi V, then fits with EM Ward Amplifier are stable with 2 T2 cap transfers outgoing and 1 regards incoming at 25.8%, cap delta is 0.4 But signature radius increases from 110 to 115m, because of of second shield rig :-(
