Have more threeways!
Those times when there's an odd number of Nightmares (or three 1x and three 2x as in Niki's example) someone would be left without a buddy, which kinda sucks. Even with 2 transfers I'll just cap both down (A > B > C > A), since max six locks on my NM is already too few.
More than three in a chain would of course be pointless, since you'd just revert back to duo/more trio chains.
Ultimately, whether you duo or trio makes little difference as long as you pay a bit of attention and set up the chain on outgates/anchorspots/when standing still. Sniper is not much more than sit still and blap things, anyway.
