General Guide to the role of "MTAC" in Warp To Me Fleets   Basic Description (Why should I care?):       During one of the Headquarters sites, the True Creations Research Center (TCRC), the Sansha have set up a Shield Transfer Control tower that serves to repair the Sansha’s Battle Tower. The Battle Tower is what our fleets are trying to destroy, but the Sansha are able to repair it far faster than our fleets can damage it. In order to help us combat this, CONCORD supplies us with Soldiers in MTAC suits that when placed in the Shield Transfer Control Tower disrupts the repair of the Battle Tower. These MTACs spawn in the Concord MTAC Factory every 1 minute 30 seconds. Each MTAC placed in the Shield Transfer Control Tower will disrupt repairs for 2 minutes. The MTACs are 5,000 m3 in size and therefore will not fit in most ships’ Cargoholds.     Actions (What do I do?):        The MTAC (pilot who performs these duties) must be in a relatively fast ship (Machariels are Preferred, but MWD Nightmares are acceptable) and have a tractor beam equipped to their ship.          Once the fleet has landed in a TCRC and the Outuni Meseins are dead, You (the MTAC) will activate your Prop Mod and burn straight toward the Concord MTAC Factory (it will be on your left). When you are within 20km of the Factory, turn off your prop mod and continue towards the Factory (this slows you down so you do not bounce off the tower). When you are within 5Km of the tower create a cargo container by jettisoning something from your cargohold (a single piece of ammo, or a trade item works well). Be sure not to take item that you used to create the can out of the can until the end of the site. As soon as the can has been created you will lock it up and activate your Tractor beam on it. It is very important not to accidently shoot this can (you can do it with a green safety since it is your can). In order to prevent the accidental destruction of the can, lock up something that can not be destroyed, such as the MTAC Factory, and put that structure first in your lock list instead of the can.          Once you have reached the Concord MTAC Factory and began tractoring your can, open the Concord MTAC factory, inside will be a Concord MTAC. This Concord MTAC must be dragged from the Factory and into the cargo container.     Once the Concord MTAC has been placed in the Container, begin approaching the Shield Transfer Control tower.  If your ship goes less than 200m/s without the prop mod on then you will need to activate your prop mod for a single cycle in order to reach the Tower within the time constraints.  As soon as you and your can are within range (2500km) of the Shield Transfer Control Tower  open it up and drop the Concord MTAC from the cargo container and into the tower. This begins the 2 minute timer before another one must be “dropped.”          As soon as the Concord MTAC is in the Shield Transfer Control tower, you will turn around approach the Concord MTAC Factory again. Once there, open the Factory and see if a new MTAC has spawned (It is on a minute and a half spawn timer). If it has not, simply wait for a new one and drag it into the cargo container as soon as it does. Once the MTAC is in your cargo container, head back over to the Shield Transfer Control tower. This process is repeated until the end of site. If the Concord MTAC is not dropped within the 2 minute time frame the Sansha’s Battle Tower will Repair back to full hull, armor and shields.         Once the Sansha’s Battle Tower is destroyed it is important that you activate your prop mod one cycle away from the MTAC structures to prevent you being unable to warp off grid by getting caught on one of the structures.     Alternative methods (How else can I do it?):               Stop Watch: If you so choose you can use a stop watch to be sure you are dropping the MTACs into the tower in time. Simply start the timer each time you drop the Concord MTAC into the Shield Transfer Control Tower and be sure to drop another before 2 minutes has passed. This is not required because simply picking up an MTAC and immediately going to drop it will put you within the time period but can be used if it will make you, as the MTAC more comfortable).   Picker and Dropper: It is also possible to do the MTAC role with two people, but both must have tractor beams. One (normally the faster ship) will act as the Picker and will burn towards the MTAC factory and grab the MTAC like normal, but instead of going to drop it, another pilot, the dropper, will tractor the can over to the Shield transfer control tower and drop the MTAC. Once the MTAC is dropped the Dropper stops tractoring the can and the Picker tractors it over to themselves at the factory and puts another MTAC into it for the Dropper to grab.
